Thousands of hungry dumpling lovers descended on the square on Sunday, October 11th to and eat their way through multi-cultural variations of the bite-sized stuffed dough staple. The festival, which honors local chef and restaurant owner Joyce Chen and featured 6 restaurants, saw record crowds and record sales this year. One venue sold 1800 dumplings in just 3 hours!
