The Possible Project
The Possible Project (TPP) is a youth entrepreneurship center that teaches Cambridge high school students to start and run their own businesses. We are a multi-year afterschool program that offers students the opportunity to gain crucial skills that will open up a world of possibilities. Over the course of three years, students conceive, launch, and run their own entrepreneurial venture, participate in one of TPP’s two in-house businesses, interact with local entrepreneurs and professionals, and receive individualized advising on education, career, and life goals. Students learn resilience, professionalism, self-confidence, leadership, teamwork, and a whole host of other abilities that will propel them on a pathway to success.
Our program is designed for students to begin as sophomores. Students who are in the tenth grade gain entrance to The Possible Project through a nomination process. A nomination can come from a school professional, a community resource, a parent or guardian, or through self-referral by the student himself or herself.
